The Dark Knight 2-disk Special Edition REVIEW

Dark Knight

Why our review for The Dark Knight is 4 days late is unforgivable, but what this 2-disk special edition DVD had to offer isn’t any reason for a dog to chase cars either. The Dark Knight is the best Batman film ever released, and if somehow you didn’t see it in Imax or theaters, you should most likely navigate away from this page now, and go see the damn film. Iron Man. Before The Dark Knight was released and eclipsed everything else the summer had to offer, this superhero movie was tops at the box office. New Batman Game Announced

With E3 came many announcements, but among them, one has been circling the internet and game stores with vast excitement: The announcement of the new Batman game, Batman: Arkham Asylum.  Rumors that the game will be based on the movie were soon proven to be false as Eidos Interactive and Rocksteady Studios have decided on the dark secrets of the mental institution of Gotham City as the basis of their story line.

The game will start off with our hero Batman delivering the Joker to Gotham’s haunting Arkham Asylum, which is where the game hails its name.  The Joker manages to escape and take over the mental institution, awesome gameplay ensues.  Although the Joker is the main villain, you will also encounter many others throughout the game, such as Harley Quinn and Killer Croc, just to name a few.

There have been no confirmations yet as to who the voice actors will be, yet.  The previous Batman game, Batman: Begins included an all-star cast with almost every actor from the film providing their voice for the character they played.  Even so, the previous game failed on the market.  Fans are hoping history will not repeat itself.  Due to the success of The Dark Knight and the hype following this video game, it is more than likely this game will make up for previous disappointments.

Systems: Xbox 360, PS3, PC

Is “The Dark Knight” Cursed? Five Reasons to Ponder

The latest Batman blockbuster, The Dark Knight, is on its way to beating Titanic as the top-grossing movie of all time. But at what cost? Over the course of the production and after its premiere, it seems as if the main cast of The Dark Knight has some sort of curse on them. No, not some voodoo, Magic: The Gathering sort of curse, let’s just say a streak of bad luck.

Birds of Prey DVD Review

StuffWeLike.com reviews the DVD collection of Birds of Prey the TV Show.

This DVD features all 13 episodes of the series. It also has 30 episodes of the Flash Animated web series Gotham Girls and the Birds of Prey un-aired TV pilot.

This show originally aired on the WB.

I personally do not recommend anyone buy, rent, or even touch this DVD. It’s a waste of time and production effort.

If you think that I’m totally out of my mind for saying such things, let me know. I like to read absurd comments.
