RedOctane’s President and co-founder Kai Huang said earlier this week, “There won’t be online initially for the Wii, but we are working with Nintendo to see how we can get those features in.”Seemingly with no online play Nintendo gets screwed yet again. Thankfully RedOctane contacted 1up.com and clarified the situation. Apparently there will not be any downloadable songs, at first, but there will be online play starting on the game’s launch.
This is only one example of the many that prove to Nintendo that it needs to create a harddrive for the Wii. 512 megabytes of internal Flash memory isn’t enough to store a good amount of content on.
I WANNA ROCK!
