POWER RANGERS SAMURAI COMING TO Wii AND NINTENDO DS SYSTEMS

SANTA CLARA, Calif., (June 7, 2011) – Leading video game publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. has combined its Zords to announce Power Rangers(tm) Samurai coming to Wii(tm) and Nintendo DS(tm) systems for Holiday 2011. The title will bring a new generation of Rangers to life, as players utilize teamwork and the ancient Samurai Symbols of Power to battle the evil forces of the netherworld.

Based on Saban Brands’ incredibly popular Power Rangers Samurai TV show on Nickelodeon, players of all ages will finally be able to join the Rangers as they physically immerse themselves into the morphing action of the iconic team of heroes.

Power Rangers Samurai will let fans wield the Samuraizer to master the elements of Fire, Water, Sky, Forest, and Earth as they morph into Red, Blue, Pink, Green, or Yellow Rangers. Martial arts training and fitness combined with team based battles teach the importance of team work, friendship, and responsibility to battle hordes of Nighlok monsters.

Players can also unlock secret passageways, access hidden levels, and get hints on how to defeat the armies of evil while collecting enough Zords to gain the Samurai Megazord needed to take down the MegaMonster once and for all.

SANTA CLARA, Calif., (June 7, 2011) – NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., today announced that TEKKEN Hybrid, a collection of the new full-length 3D compatible feature film TEKKEN Blood Vengeance 3D, TEKKEN Tag Tournament HD, and additional content yet to be announced, will be releasing on Blu-Ray exclusively for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system this November. TEKKEN Tag Tournament HD is a high-definition remake of the PlayStation 2 classic, TEKKEN Tag Tournament.

TEKKEN Blood Vengeance 3D will be presented as a special NCM Fathom event for one night only in over 375 theaters across North America on July 26 before a home entertainment Blu-Ray release as part of the TEKKEN Hybrid set, and as a standalone DVD release from BANDAI Entertainment Inc. Set in the rich Tekken universe, TEKKEN Blood Vengeance 3D follows Xiaoyu Ling, seasoned martial artist and high school student, tasked by the G Corporation to infiltrate an international school in Kyoto to gather information on the mysterious student Shin Kamiya. Before she can make any progress in the investigation, Shin is kidnapped by an unknown assailant. Digging deeper into Shin’s background in an attempt to rescue him, Xiaoyu learns about the frightening underbelly of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishima…and the late Heihachi Mishima’s conspiracy that’s stained with blood.

Created in full CG, TEKKEN Blood Vengeance 3D is being produced by Digital Frontier (Resident Evil: Degeneration, Death Note and Appleseed), with the screenplay written by Dai Sato (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Cowboy Bebop) and the score composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto (Ogre Battle, Final Fantasy Tactics, and Tekken 6). Directing the project will be Youichi Mouri, who directed the opening movies for both Tekken(r) 5 and Tekken(r) 6: Bloodline Rebellion.
