As previously stated in a past post, I loved Eagle Eye! It was my favorite film of 2008, and if you don’t agree with me I don’t care. That being said, let’s take a look at the special features found on the two-disc Special Edition.

On Disc One

Road Trip: On Location with the Cast and Crew

A three minute look at the making of Eagle Eye. Basically, a teaser for the longer version of the same making-of on disc two.

Deleted Scenes

What didn’t make the cut? Watch and find out.

On Disc Two

Alternate Ending

How could the movie have ended? Watch to see the surprising twists that could have led to a sequel (no, that’s a lie).

Asymmetrical Warfare: The Making of Eagle Eye

A twenty-five minute featurette about the making of the film. Interesting, fun, and Steven Spielberg has a cameo!

Eagle Eye On Location: Washington D.C.

What’s it like to film in our nation’s capitol and not be a National Treasure movie? This featurette gives insight. Also, look for story analysis and historical info by the Director of Communications for the Library of Congress Matt Raymond.

Is My Cell Phone Spying on Me?

Has the government gone too far in its use of technology? Are we always being watched? Has the internet hindered our privacy? Find out from experts, cast, and crew.

Shall We Play a Game?

Director D,J. Caruso sits down with his mentor John Badham (who doesn’t look very enthused to be there), director of War Games. They chat, tell stories, and have tea and scones. Ah, this place we call Hollywood!

Gag Reel

Funny stuff. Billy Bob Thorton is a hoot!

Check out the trailer for Eagle Eye, a film I give an A all the way! Woo-hoo!! (sorry, that was the caffeine talking)

Eagle Eye
Dreamworks Pictures
Starring Shia LeBeouf, Michelle Monaghan (hottie), Billy Bob Thorton, Michael Chiklis, and Rosario Dawson
