Sega finally figured out what fans want. Retro classics.

Okay, this may just be a rumor for right now, but according to the gaming rumor site Rumor Reporter we’ll be seeing a big Sega announcement later today concerning certain Sega related titles for the Wii. The article says that DK: Bongo Blast won’t be the only Wii game you’ll be shaking to. Now think about it, Sega, motion controlled titles, Bongo Blast(a partial rhythm based game), SHAKING. This points to one classic Sega title, SAMBA DE AMIGO!

It’s times like this that I remember why I bought a Wii. First Sega brings back NiGHTS Into Dreams, then rumors say that they’ll be bringing back one of the best peripheral based rhythm games. If they keep this up Sega will no longer have to release crappy Sonic titles.

Please let this be true and give me a reason to keep my Wii.

Site Design Change

You may notice some changes with the site. The main items that really affect the viewing of the site are:

1) The StuffWeLike.com logo has been shifted to the left.

2) Underneath the StuffWeLike.com sidebar logo there is a short explanation about the website.

3) The search field now says ‘search’, which makes it easier to identify.

4) The Pipeline now has the tagline ‘Entertainment Within a Box.’

5) Most importantly the top frame that featured The Pipeline has been removed. So where is The Pipeline? For right now you can either click on Larger Player or the new Multimedia Player. By clicking on the Multimedia Player link The Pipeline automatically appears in a new window! So make sure to unblock your pop-up blockers when you visit StuffWeLike.com.

I hope that all of these changes help you all navigate through the website. We realize that there’s a ton of content on this website that isn’t necessarily easy to access. If you have any suggestions and/or comments, please write to us!

Infernal

A month ago if you had asked me about this new Eidos game called Infernal for the PC – I would have said huh? After what the new gameplay videos that they keep on submitting to us, I have to say that the graphics look really cool. The visual effects that they have in this game make it stand out from any other.

Judge for yourself by watching these videos on The Pipeline under PC Game Videos.

Sam & Max Episode 6

Say goodbye to the Sam & Max series again because Episode 6 is the last new episode of season 1! Gametap is releasing the game on April 26 and Telltale will sell it on May 10. Obviously we’ll see a repackaging of Season 1 in a boxed set for retail outlets, but all of those laughs are finally coming to an end.

The question on everyone’s mind is – when is season 2 coming out? We’ll let you know soon enough. In the mean time check out the teaser video to Episode 6: Bright Side of the Moon on The Pipeline under PC Game Videos.
