The Muppets Bluray Review

If you’re a fan of The Muppets you owe it to yourself to get the Wocka Wocka Value Pack Bluray edition. Not only does it feature a good film, it also includes extras that live up to The Muppets name.

I’d describe The Muppets movie as a positive comedy that both kids and adults will enjoy. The story is a great “reboot” for The Muppets. It’s something that I think a lot of people who grew up with The Muppets will identify themselves with. Younger kids might not exactly understand why the movie has so many depressed moments, but it all makes sense within the context of the story. The world moved on and left The Muppets behind so they revisit the past on several occasions as they try to bring back The Muppets into pop culture.

The Wocka Wocka Value Pack comes with a Bluray, DVD, Digital Copy and soundtrack (15 tracks) to the movie. The DVD contains the movie along with a 8 minute blooper reel. That blooper reel is also included on the Bluray along with a making of, the full-length Tex Richman Song, a screen test, deleted scenes, theatrical trailers, and audio commentary. Each of these special features are definitely worth watching. The deleted scenes do contain many cameos that did not many it into the final cut of the film. Also the trailers are spoof trailers of The Muppets that were released online to promote the movie.

I believe this is the first Disney Bluray to have a special presentation when you pause the movie. While it’s pretty entertaining, you may have to mute its volume if you need to answer the phone or something like that.

Again The Muppets Wocka Wocka Value Pack contains not only a great film, but also great extras. Highly recommend that you go out and buy it.
