The second generation of Flip’s MinoHD is known as the premium MinoHD. Is it really better than the original MinoHD and the Ultra HD?

Both the Premium MinoHD and Ultra HD record up to 2 hours worth of footage. The MinoHD records up to 1 hour.
The Premium MinoHD is the best looking Flip camera to date. However I still prefer the Ultra HD for a couple of reasons.
