Superman: The Complete Animated Series – DVD Review

Awesome! That’s the best way to describe Superman: The Complete Animated Series. Loaded with action, suspense, great stories, dimensional characters, and great visuals, this is more than just a cartoon. While there’s plenty for kids to enjoy, adults will also find themselves drawn into the world of Superman once again.

Done in the same animation style as Batman: The Animated Series, Superman delivers not only great storylines, but great voice talents for the main and guest starring roles, which include Tim Daly (Superman/Clark Kent), Dana Delany (Lois Lane), and Clancy Brown (Lex Luthor). Listen for the voices of Brad Garrett, Malcolm McDowell, Michael Dorn, Ed Asner, and Joely Fisher as well.

Superman is one of the most recognizable superheroes of all time. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Superman logo was one of the most well-known symbols along with McDonald’s Golden Arches, Mickey Mouse, and the Bat Symbol. The image and adventures of Superman have been entertaining audiences for over 70 years, and this animated series is a testament to the character’s popularity and longevity.

Plus, it’s just fun to watch!

This complete 7-Disc series set includes a number of great special features, which include:

This is an amazing and fantastic animated series that will keep you watching from first ep to last. I highly recommend Superman: The Complete Animated Series. Check it out!
