Movie Trailer: The Hangover Part 3

I wanted to fall in love with The Hangover Part 2, but boy it was just copy and paste of the first film. Now with Part 3 I’m wondering if there are even any jokes in this film. Obviously this is just the first trailer to announce that The Hangover Part 3 is coming out and that everyone from the previous films are back. So hopefully in the next trailer they spend a little bit more time building up its actual story and follows through with some punchlines.

I know fans of these characters will be disappointed that both Hong Kong Phooey And Marvin The Martian will not be making their big screen debuts. After watching the test footage below you’ll quickly understand why neither character alone would be able to pull off their own feature length film.

I think it’s always fascinating to see what the studios are testing. You can’t blame them for trying. They have an arsenal of popular characters and franchises that sometimes need to be let back into the limelight. The approach might be wrong, but there’s no reason not to at least try and see what sticks.
