Who knows the best way to satisfy a woman in bed? Sure, we can read Cosmo for tips, listen to Loveline with Dr. Drew, read books, and even Google the topic, but when it comes to making a woman happy while making love many remain lost. So what is a guy to do?
The sex comedy, How to Make Love to a Woman, does it’s best to tackle these complex issues and does a decent job. But the end result overall is an average comedy that neither breaks new ground nor delivers many big laughs.
While it’s enjoyable to watch and has its zany moments, How to Make Love to a Woman doesn’t have the same punch as The Hangover or other recent adult-oriented comedies.
Poor guy Andy just can’t seem to make his girlfriend Lauren happy when it comes to sex. So, instead of just asking her what she wants he does what all guys do: ask everyone else. What follows are a series of misunderstanding, arguments, and actions that lead Andy down a path he never thought he’d find himself on. Will he find the secret to making Lauren happy in the sack?
Look for Krysten Ritter (Breaking Bad), James Hong (The Hangover), Ian Somerhalder (Lost, Vampire Diaries), Jenna Jameson (Zombie Strippers, porn), and Eugene Byrd (Bones) as their characters try to help Andy discover the true secrets of lovemaking perfection.
Special features include a Making Of Featurette, Cast and Crew Interviews, a music video by Lindsay Richards, and Outtakes.
How to Make Love to a Woman tries too hard at times to get a laugh and the end result is many jokes falling flat. Still, it is worth a look if you have nothing else interesting to watch on a Saturday night.
