More metal news about the most metal game ever. EA released pictures for their upcoming Double Fine game staring Jack Black. The box features Slayer-esque lettering for the label “A Tim Schafer game” with some pretty typical action poster imagery.
Both box arts features Jack Black’s character, Eddie Riggs, standing on his marauding army of roadies while wielding a battle ax and a Gibson Flying V like guitar being struck by lightning. The box also features unique renditions of the Double Fine and EA logo gone metal.
This doesn’t say much about if the game’s going to be safe for release come October, but Brutal Legend is looking more and more awesome as the weeks pass.
