Jurassic Park 4 update

There has been the first movement all year on Jurassic Park 4. The long running franchise has been less than speedy in turning out a fourth movie with comments from many actors here and there for the last two years plus. This time it’s nothing new but a confirmation of old news. Below is the newest comment from JP1 and JP3 actress Laura Dern about JP4.

“It’s a while away but my understanding is it’s happening and my character is very involved,” she told the magazine. “I know [director] Steven Spielberg is looking forward to [getting it together] over the next year.”

What does this mean for you? For those who thought that Jurassic Park 3 was a great
movie this provides hope. For those who thought that JP3 was just a huge action movie
with limited characters and a “meh” feel to it not much but a slim hope of quality coming
back to the franchise.
