Could there be a serious flaw with the Nintendo Wii U and its eShop games? Are eShop games attached to the Nintendo Network ID account or the Console ID or both? One person has said their pre-owned Wii U allowed them to download eShop games that they did not purchase. What a lucky bastard.

Video Game News: Wii U Holiday Sales Low
Looks like the Wii U is off to a sluggish start for at least the 2012 Holiday season at least at Gamestop according to analyst Arvind Bhatia from Sterne Agee.
To date we know that during the first week of release in the US the Wii U sold 400k units and in Japan in its first weekend it sold 308k units.
