In infamous StuffWeLike action-packed web series Mr. Lifeless has gone back into production. The series took a detour off our radar screen after the last episode was released on October 6, 2007!
I’m really thrilled about releasing episode 4. It’s going to change the “lifeless” universe forever! More news on its release date is coming soon.
Earlier today, I also helped film a news production video for a friend. Mr. Lifeless actually made a guest appearance in the program. However not everything went according to plan. An accident occurred while filming and well you can see it for yourself below:
[UPDATE]
Mr. Lifeless episode 4 is complete and all the episodes have been compiled into this video:

Talk about an addiction, gamers world-wide love their Sims! Electronic Arts has announced that The Sims has sold over 100 million units since its launch in February 2000. This is the second franchise to cross the 100 million mark, the first being the Mario franchise. The Sims is not only the #1 selling PC game of all-time, it’s also #2 selling global game across all platforms.
The third Sims title will be launching in 2009. After 7 expansions, the question that remains in my head is, is it possible for this franchise to jump the shark? I would have said this series did long ago, but apparently there are millions of gamers both male and female that disagree with me. Personally I’d rather be spending my time building and destroy cities than controlling lives in a virtual form. 😉
After robbing a bank, two hillbillies attempt to hide the loot but find themselves lost in the Topanga woods.
After watching this film you might not think that it cost us $250, but it did and that was only for our parking tickets. D’oh! This film was originally shot for a contest, but we didn’t meet the deadline.

In addition to the new tab design over at YouTube, they’ve added a new feature to their analytics tool Insight called Discovery. Discovery gives stats on how viewers found your video. By revealing how viewers found your video, producers will for the first time be able to effectively optimize their videos.
Stats like what keywords users typed in YouTube and Google search to find your video will allow producers to modify their keywords and make sure that they have the right phrases. Other interesting stats include seeing what related video brought in the most viewers to your video. All of these stats are combined through a pie graph, which allow users to directly compare percentage wise the different ways people are finding the video.
I believe that Discovery is exactly what videographers need in order to get their videos seen by as many people as possible. I’ve already modified my videos based on keyword results. In fact, Discovery showed me that half my videos are rarely being found by users through YouTube’s search engine. That could be one major reason as to why some of them they have low views.
Clorofield is a new parody by some French guys. Honestly I didn’t know that they could make good films, even if they simply parodied one.
