The fantastic service XM Radio has branched into podcasting, a field that I’m shocked as to why it took them so long to get into. XM Radio Podcasts has launched with 8 podcasts Bob Edwards Weekend, 60/20 Sports with James Carville and Luke Russert, XMSN This Morning with Coach Switzer, Basketball & Beyond with Coach K, XM Weekly Music, XM Artist Confidential: Green Room, Opie and Anthony Shorts, and Unmasked.
New episodes will appear in the podcasts the day after they are aired for XM Radio subscribers.
“By making these original XM series available through xmradio.com, iTunes and other popular podcast web sites, millions more consumers have an opportunity to sample some of the best in premium music, news and sports programming that you can only get as an XM subscriber,” said Eric Logan, XM executive vice president of programming.
I’ve added a couple of these podcasts onto StuffWeLike.com’s media player, The Pipeline.
One of the oldest and most beloved video game shows hasn’t been on the air for some time now. Both the show hosts, Victor Lucas and Tommy Telerico have been keeping busy with GameTap News and Video Games Live.
G4TV has finally brought the show back in podcast form. While it isn’t the same - ok lets face it some episodes were down right boring and poorly mixed together but the information was very high quality - thankfully the new podcast contains such high quality video game content in a quick and easy digestible form.
Electric Playground is being shown in the Podcast section of StuffWeLike’s player.
It’s recommended for nerds, by nerds.
Thanks to our partners we’ve added two new shows today. The first is Next-Gen Walkthroughs which has videos showing entire sequences of what happens in games. If you ever get stuck in a game, don’t bother reading a strategy guide just watch this show. The second show is New Gen Gamers Playground. This is a audio podcast from New Gen Gamers covering the world of games.
So what is it like to edit video with me? Apparently I made a video while I was editing the StuffWeLike.com Podcast Mashup episode. I’m not recommending that you watch this video, but I just found it in my account and it completely surprised me. I remember recording it but I never saw the video previously on Ustream and now it’s up. So here you go…
Syndication is a beautiful thing. Don’t feel like visiting this website then fine go to these others and get the a smaller dose of the same content!

Every gamer knows that summertime sucks. It’s rare that good games come out anytime between June-August. Well this is one of those rare times as I’ve got two games that I highly recommend! Watch the full reviews below:

Co-host Patrick Norton has decided that episode #188 of DL TV will be his last (excluding future guest starring)! He’s left the popular video podcast as he has a daughter on the way, due in October, and he’s going to another gig. What that gig is, no one knows! It appears as though he’ll be taking some time off so we’ll report when he comes back to the net at a much later date.
It has been an exciting day in the podcast world where earlier today Morgan Webb started her own video podcast series and now Patrick is moving on with his life.
Currently this episode is not in The Pipeline so if you’d like to watch it head on over to their site at Dl.tv
[UPDATE]
Rumors are circulating that Patrick is heading over to Revision3.
