Add some real music to MGS4

For those people who have been bored to death by some of the cutscenes
in Metal Gear Solid 4 there is a solution which not only makes the game
watchable but also an amazing experience…all thanks to Valve.

It’s a long story how this came about but after significant searching we have
found the ideal soundtrack that goes with any MGS4 cutscene. All of which
are noticeably lacking any music bar those few exceptions.

To reap the benefits and make the game better one simply purchases the
Valve - Orange Box official sound track and play the tracks from the
Half-Life 2 soundtrack while cutscenes are going using an MP3 player.
Specifically the best to match the visuals are those listed below.

Guard Down
Last Legs
Sector Sweep

To play them simply listen to another audio device at a reasonable level
so you can hear the PS3 (subtitles on is a suggestion also) and what results
is the perfect soundtrack. So not only does Valve’s gaming contributions keep
on giving with additional maps, weapons and achievements but their
soundtracks help you through life. In those rare instances when not playing
Team Fortress 2. Speaking of which, I know a scout that’s been asking for it,
so my turret will answer…

    1. That’s weird. You should make a video of it.

    2. Love to, but there are all those legal issues so what I can suggest to those who do play MGS4 is play the game and while on a cutscene go to your PC and the Amazon US website. Search for Orange Box in the music section and you can play streaming samples of the tracks direct from the site. Bit of a DIY job but it works to demo and find out what you like.
