broken the release date for the game. This has been
proven via a photograph of a purchase receipt on a
Playstation forum.

Unconfirmed reports show that other retailers also broke
the retail date, which is now a non-issue causing much
frustration for those who pre-ordered the title from
websites to be delivered on launch day. This comes after
UK retailer Argos went and ended up selling units of Halo 3
a full week before its retail date.
