While the classic Indiana Jones makes a return this summer, heading in this August will be the third edition of The Mummy! And thankfully this time, the action goes east as our adventuring heroes enter the Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (doesn’t sound too bad to be an Indiana Jones title, just less outlandish).

We have the first official teaser poster for the movie, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, but you’ll have to hit the jump for that!

Mummy 3 stars Brendan Fraser and Jet Li (as the teaser says, genius) and will feature action in Asia, most likely in China and such, maybe a glimpse of the Himalayas because they’re cool, yeah.

The storyline will feature our heroes trying to stop a typical 2000-year old Mummy who wants to turn the world to his slaves. Not bad, but I’d rather a story wherein the Chinese Mummies go all out against the Egyptian Mummies. Now that would be one hell of a movie.
