Brits would give up sex for a really big TV

Valentines day is approaching, and soon everyone will be getting in the mood for luuuurve. Whether that means preparing a romantic day out or just making sure you have clean sheets is entirely up to you and your idea of a good Valentines day.

But while others look forward to a bit of Valentine - lovin’, up to 25 million Brits, it seems would give up sex for a 50-inch Plasma TV.

Read on to find out how crazy the British are.

According to a survey by UK - based electrical store - Comet, 47% of men surveyed would go celibate for six months, and 35% of women would do the same.

Just under a quarter would also give up smoking and eating chocolate. Now considering, that for some women chocolate is better than sex, that’s saying a lot.

But it’s not just women. Under a fifth of men would stop watching Football (Soccer) for a soapbox upgrade.

Maybe size does matter.
