Billy the Exterminator: Season Four – DVD Review

It takes a special type of person to do what Billy does. Whether it’s chasing down javelina in Arizona, stalking rogue alligators in the swampy South, or even capturing squirrels run amok in suburban Chicago, Billy and his team always get their critter no matter what. Welcome to the world of Vexcon.

This season find Billy and brother Ricky traveling the country to help fellow exterminators with some pretty challenging cases. Their one big nemesis this season: gators. I kept hoping that there would be a cross-over with the History Channel’s Swamp People series but it never came to pass.

The series itself is lighthearted and fast-paced, but if you’re not a fan of creepy crawly critters, reptiles, or bugs this may not be the best show for you. One thing that’s nice about the series and Vexcon is that Billy and his team capture certain animals humanely and then release them back into the wild far away from civilization. It’s just the way Vexcon does things.

So ride-along with Billy and his crew as they make the world a safer place to live for both humans and animals alike in Billy the Exterminator. It’s definitely worth a look!

Billy the Exterminator: Season Four is available April 24, 2012 on DVD!
