Woah dude lets just think about this for a second… What if no one liked The Big Lebowski? What would the world be like then?
I guess it’s a good thing that’s not the case otherwise we might not be here talking about this 10th anniversary release. This Limited Edition doesn’t include tons or that many hours worth of materials but it does include some good new interviews with the cast. They’re all talking about what it was like to make the movie and celebrating its success even though it didn’t have one at the box office.
The other thing that stands out with this Limited Edition is a 28 page companion book. It by no means is Charles Dickens quality, but that’s not the point. It’s a flashy visually entertaining memento of the film.
I don’t think The Big Lebowski is a film for everyone, but after watching it you understand why it has a cult following. This Limited Edition will for sure fuel the desire for more of The Dude in everyone’s life.
