The third generation Flip Mino HD 8GB camera introduces 60 fames per second frame rate along with image stabilization. Additional Flip cameras that now have these features Mino HD 4GB and Ultra HD 8GB.
These two features really do improve the video quality. However the clarity hasn’t changed since last generation as I believe the lens piece is still the same.
The audio is kind of a hit and miss. It depends on your surroundings if the camera picks up good audio or if it has a little too much treble.
