Three weeks after the PC version release, the WiiWare version of Tales of Monkey Island episode one comes out. The first episode, developed by Telltales games who develops the Sam and Max episodic series, entitled Launch of the Screaming Narwhal will be hitting the Wii very soon.
The Wii version is very much the same as the PC version, save with the Wii’s controls in place of the PC’s mouse. Same voice actors, same story, same everything. You can download it for 1000 wii points(10 bucks) and enjoy the first episode of what will hopefully become a very long and entertaining series.
I can’t wait to get my hands on the Wii version so I don’t have to bust out a busted up PC to play Tales at 2 frames per second. Curse my Mac and it’s limited software support and inability to run boot camp!
