Beats by Dr. Dre: headphones designed by Dre himself

Beats by Dr. Dre headphones

Dr. Dre has had or been involved with countless hits over the years, making millions in the process, and is to many a legend. Now the producer/artist is looking to get in on the audio technology market designing his own brand of headphones.

The impossibly glossy headphones were concocted and designed by both Monster and Dre who are hoping to take the headphone world by storm with the Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones.

According to the press blurb the headphones will feature technology never-before used in headphones to deliver sounds the way they were meant to be heard, and the way Dre hears music when producing.

“When I’m making a track I’m trying to capture that sound that makes me go ‘now THAT’s the shit! And I want that reaction from everyone who hears it,” Dre mentions in the press release.

“I spend a lot of time in the studio listening to music through headphones…with Beats, people are finally going to hear it the way they should: the way I do.”

And as Dre followers would expect, the headphones are said to deliver deep bass. They’ll also come with a carry case, Monster headphone cable and iSonitak microphone/headphone adaptor for iPhones.

Want? If so you’ll have to part with $399.95 to get your hands (or ears) on them.
